  • Ability to evaluate telecaller performance & scripts
  • Good communication & reporting skills CRM/basic MIS knowledge
CRM developer ( lead sqaure, zoho)

Strong hands-on experience with LeadSquared and Zoho CRM, including customization and automation.

  • Proficient in Deluge scripting, custom modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues, optimize performance, and provide user support.
  • Good communication & reporting skills
